- Custom Grillz: We'll dispatch mold kits within 1 business day.
- Custom Pendants: While you'll receive a shipment confirmation promptly, please allow 6-8 weeks for production before shipping.
- Custom Jewelry: Like custom pendants, expect a shipment confirmation, and your package will be shipped once production is complete, varying from design to design.
- Pre-made Jewelry: Your order will be on its way within 1 business day.
- A Mix: Physical products will be shipped within 1 business day. If you've ordered custom jewelry alongside, we'll send a second package once it's ready. For example, if you've ordered a chain with a custom pendant, we'll hold the chain until the pendant is completed.
