RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At ChicagoGrillzz, ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we’ll gladly assist you.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:
Contact us at (415) 997-5623 or via email at support@chicagogrillzz.com, providing your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.
CUSTOM GRILLZ (MADE TO ORDER):
- You’re responsible for providing us with accurate mold impressions for your custom grillz.
- Refund requests can be made within 60 days of purchase before production begins. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Cancelling your order before sending back your molds incurs a shipping cost deduction and a $20 fee per mold kit set.
- Cancelling after sending back molds results in a 20% cancellation fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Additional charges may apply if we haven’t received good mold impressions within 60 days, considering any pricing changes.
- All sales are final once production starts. Upon receiving your custom grill, you have seven days to report any fitting issues or defects for one free adjustment.
CUSTOM JEWELRY (MADE TO ORDER):
- A non-refundable $300 deposit applies for custom jewelry design, deducted from the total purchase.
- Once the final design is confirmed, no returns or refunds are accepted.
- Cancelling custom jewelry orders before production incurs a 20% cancellation fee.
PRE-MADE GRILLZ AND JEWELRY:
- Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit.
- Returned products must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging.
- Return shipping is your responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Refunds are initiated within two business days upon receiving your qualified return.
